Engineering Services Sales Specialist
Due to the development of our services and projects, we are opening the recruitment process for the position of Engineering Services Sales Specialist. Your task will be to strengthen our position in Poland and Europe and open doors to new international customers. This is a role for someone who is comfortable in an engineering environment, speaks English fluently, and wants to be the face of our company at trade fairs and conferences throughout Europe and beyond.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you if:
- You know the industry inside out: You have at least 3 years of experience in selling engineering services (electrical engineering, power engineering, automation).
- You have a technical bent: An engineering degree (electrical/related) will be a huge asset when talking to experts.
- You are a modern salesperson: You understand that social selling is not spam, but about building trust. You are great at public speaking and conducting online meetings.
- You are independent: you can take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.
- You know sales tools: CRM system (p.e. Egito, Pipedrive, Livespace) is your best friend, and you also use sales support tools in practice (p.e. Woodpecker, Ringostat, Sellizer, Apollo, Snov.io, Cognism).
- You communicate fluently in at least two languages: Polish and English (minimum C1) are part of your everyday business life.
- You value independence: You are able to manage your time perfectly in a 100% remote work mode.
- You enjoy business trips: A category B driver’s license and willingness to travel for work are essential.
What will you be doing?
- You will actively prospect decision-makers at large manufacturing and industrial plants, design offices, and data centers.
- Build relationships, share knowledge, and attract leads through social media as part of a strategy developed with the marketing team.
- Represent the company at key trade fairs and seminars.
- Co-organize an international conference — the Electrical Safety Conference EU —workshops, and seminars.
- Manage the sales process independently and together with a team of engineers: from initial contact, through customer needs analysis, to preparing an offer, finalizing the deal, and developing relationships.

Senior Electrical Engineer | Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a clear vision and in-depth technical knowledge of power system analysis to join MR Power Systems as a Team Leader and develop the working standards of our technical team.
You will be responsible for the technical quality of our expert opinions and, as the team grows, for mentoring and managing the work of other specialists with the support of our HR specialist in soft skills.
What we expect from the candidate:
Higher education in electrical engineering and at least 5-7 years of experience in network analysis (mandatory requirement)
- Very good knowledge of at least one of the following software packages: ETAP, SKM, DigSilent or CYME
- Freedom to navigate areas of security selectivity, electric arc analysis, and network short-circuit calculations
- Desire to manage a team, communication skills and ability to transfer knowledge
- Willingness to travel on business and participate in conferences (possible option as a speaker)
- Languages: Fluent communication in English (knowledge of other EU languages would be a great advantage).
What will you be doing?
- Technical supervision over the creation of digital twins in ETAP software and/or related software: DigSilent, CYME, SKM)
- Advanced electrical analyses and expert opinions.
- Performing and verifying key calculations (including Short Circuit Studies, Load Flow Analysis, Protection Coordination, Harmonic Analysis, Arc Flash Studies)
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with the engineering team and ensuring their technical development
- Cooperation with the sales department as an expert (Technical Sales Support)

Czego oczekujemy od kandydata:
Wykształcenie wyższe elektryczne i min. 5-7 lat doświadczenia w analizach sieci (warunek konieczny)
- Bardzo dobra znajomość minimum jednego oprogramowania ETAP, SKM, DigSilent lub CYME.
- Swobodne poruszanie się w obszarach selektywności zabezpieczeń, analiz łuku elektrycznego oraz obliczeń zwarciowych sieci.
- Chęć zarządzania zespołem, komunikatywność i umiejętność przekazywania wiedzy.
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych oraz udziału w konferencjach (możliwa opcja jako prelegent)
- Języki: Swobodna komunikacja w j. angielskim (znajomość innych języków UE będzie ogromnym atutem).
Czym będziesz się zajmował/a?
- Nadzorem merytorycznym nad tworzeniem cyfrowych bliźniaków (Digital Twin) w oprogramowaniu ETAP i/lub pokrewnym: DigSilent, CYME, SKM).
- Zaawansowanymi analizami i ekspertyzami elektrycznymi.
- Wykonywaniem i weryfikacją kluczowych obliczeń (m.in. Sort Circuit Studies, Load Flow Analysis, Protection Coordiantion, Harmonic Analysis, Arc Flash Studies).
- Mentoringiem i dzieleniem się wiedzą z zespołem inżynierów i dbanie o ich rozwój techniczny.
- Współpracą z działem sprzedaży w roli eksperta (Technical Sales Support).
