Senior Power Systems Engineer | Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced engineer with vision and strong technical expertise in power system analysis to take on the role of Team Leader and help establish the working standards of our technical team.
You will be responsible for the technical quality of our studies and—along with the team’s growth—for mentoring and managing other specialists, supported by our HR expert in soft-skills development.
What do we expect from the candidate?
A degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–7 years of experience in power system studies (required).
- Very good command of at least one software tool: ETAP, SKM, DigSilent, or CYME.
Strong understanding of protection coordination, arc flash studies, and short-circuit calculations.
Willingness to lead a team, strong communication skills, and the ability to share knowledge.
Readiness for business travel and participation in conferences (optionally as a speaker).
Languages: fluent English; knowledge of other EU languages will be a strong asset.
What will you be doing?
Providing technical oversight for creating Digital Twins in ETAP and/or related software (DigSilent, CYME, SKM, PSCAD, Caneco).
Performing advanced electrical studies and expert analyses.
Conducting and reviewing key engineering calculations (e.g., Short Circuit Study, Load Flow Analysis, Protection Coordination, Harmonics Analysis, Arc Flash Risk Assessment).
Mentoring engineers, sharing knowledge, and supporting their technical development.
Collaborating with the sales department as a technical expert (Technical Sales Support).

Electrical Engineer – Power System Analysis & Expertise (Junior / Mid / Senior)
We are looking for passionate electrical engineers to join our growing team and work on advanced power system analysis projects across Europe. Whether you are a Junior, Mid or Senior Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise, work with leading engineering software, and contribute to projects that improve electrical safety for world-class clients.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience: minimum 2+ years in electrical engineering (more experience recommended for higher levels)
- Ability to work remotely in an independent position
- Languages: English / German / French / Spanish / Polish
- Readiness for business travel across Europe

What will you be doing?
- On-site visits to client facilities in Europe
- Collecting data from electrical installations to build digital models
- Creating digital network models for calculations (Digital Twin) in ETAP (or knowledge of similar tools such as DIgSILENT, CYME, SKM, PSS®E)
- Power system calculations (see below) – experienced candidates are welcome, as well as fresh graduates with a strong academic background in electrical engineering
- Preparing technical documentation and writing reports
- Providing technical support during site visits
- Supporting the sales team
- Assisting in the development of new services
