Electrical Safety Specialist

Base: PLN 10,000–13,000 gross per month

Flexible working hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Up to one additional monthly salary upon achieving quarterly targets

Work from anywhere. We do not require relocation or office attendance. You will visit client sites when the project genuinely requires it.

What do we expect from the candidate?

University degree in electrical engineering (or a related field)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to develop operating instructions for power equipment and instructions for organizing safe work (essential)
Experience delivering group training
Independence and excellent self-organization
Willingness to travel for business in Poland and abroad
English at a minimum B2 level

Installation audits and site inspections
Developing operating instructions for power equipment and instructions for organizing safe work
Auditing client documentation
Delivering electrical safety training in Polish and English
Developing electrical safety training programs and delivering online training
Technical sales support

SALARY
– Base: PLN 10,000–13,000 gross per month
– Monthly OTE (base + quarterly bonus*): approx. PLN 13,300–17,300 gross
*QUARTERLY BONUS: up to one additional monthly salary upon achieving quarterly targets
