Contact for these matters is also possible in the form of traditional correspondence to the administrator’s address with the note “Personal Data Protection,” or in person at the company’s registered office.

- execution of a purchase-sale agreement or service — processing is necessary for the performance of the contract until the end of the contract,
- direct marketing — until the end of the contract or the submission of an objection,

- defense against claims and assertion of claims — until the expiry of the claims period in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, You have the right to access the content of your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object (e.g., if the data is processed based on your consent or for marketing purposes or sharing your data); you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, you can contact the customer service point at our headquarters or by sending an email to: rodo@mrpowersystems.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully perform the obligations assumed by MR Power Systems Sp. z o.o. under the contracts concluded.
